Upon arrival we will assess your carpets and offer the best treatment in order to get the right result. Please note that if our contractor believes a stain cannot be fully removed, they will warn you before any cleaning commences.
A common stain is hair dye! Although we can remove any excess dye (normally upto 95%, it is not guaranteed that is can be fully removed and may leave a small patch behind.
If for instance your carpet is heavily soiled and has heavily soiled traffic area (i.e. entrance and hallways, in front of sofa's etc) we will treat with a pre spray that is of industrial strength high concentrate formula. This will start to dissolve the mud and dirt within the carpet and also break down any grease that may be present.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE PRE TEST FOR ANY COLOUR FASTNESS BEFORE WE PROCEED
We then use a high powered steam extraction unit, powered by twin vacs and a steam compression unit to ensure deep down cleaning. A chemical is introduced during the steam and extraction process formulated for optimum performance in cleaning heavily soiled carpets. Theres no need go into the science, but rest assured your carpets will look brighter, cleaner and overall will look brand new!
Before we leave we then reassess the carpets to ensure that they are as clean as possible.
As a final touch we reset the carpet pile to dry with all the fibres upright. This ensures quicker drying time and leaves your carpets looking like new!
